A project manager is like  a conductor leading a symphony orchestra. While he needs to make sure that everybody is following the same tempo and plays according to the score, he is also the one that builds up the orchestra sound and sensibility in order to deliver an outstanding performance.

Taking responsibility in exceeding users and business expectations as well as monitoring the project and coordinating the expert teams involved in the project is what we expect from our project managers.

Our scope of expertise

Our project managers are experienced at managing all the aspects of a project throughout its life-cycle from preparation and planning to project closure. Their typical role on a project is :

Define and sequence the project activities.

Identify dependencies and estimate effort.

Develop the schedule, forecast resource needs and allocate resources.

Direct and manage the project execution and project teams.

Monitor the deliverable status and schedule.

Perform the change control management.

Manage risks and issues.

Communicate to all levels of stakeholders.

Monitor project costs and update business case.

Ensure all activities are closed and deliverable are delivered and validated.

Final sign-off and handover the new system/solution to the operational teams.

Final update of the business case to quantify the achieved business benefits.

We emphasize their domain training and require them to work closely their team and get involved in the details while keeping an end to end vision of the project. In addition of being responsible for the project communications to all levels of stakeholders, they interact on a daily basis with their team members, such as :
