A project manager is like a conductor leading a symphony orchestra. While he needs to make sure that everybody is following the same tempo and plays according to the score, he is also the one that builds up the orchestra sound and sensibility in order to deliver an outstanding performance.
Taking responsibility in exceeding users and business expectations as well as monitoring the project and coordinating the expert teams involved in the project is what we expect from our project managers.

We emphasize their domain training and require them to work closely their team and get involved in the details while keeping an end to end vision of the project. In addition of being responsible for the project communications to all levels of stakeholders, they interact on a daily basis with their team members, such as :
- The business analysts to ensure holistic requirements coverage and to monitor prioritization and mitigations against the business case
- The test manager to check that the validation is comprehensive and accepted by all the stakeholders
